Johns Creek, Ga., March 7, 2018 — Wild Wing Cafe, the destination for “hot wings, cold beer and good times,” announced a new restaurant location in Johns Creek, Ga., in the Abbots Village Shopping Center located at 11585 Jones Bridge Road. The restaurant, scheduled to open on March 9, will be under the management of owners Bill and Kris Peterson.
“It’s more than just wings,” said Bill Peterson. “We’re excited to offer the Johns Creek community a fun place to enjoy a variety of delicious foods and craft beers, hear live local music and cheer on their favorite Atlanta and SEC teams.”
The new space, approximately 8,000 square feet, will employ 75 people and feature a 30-seat bar as well as four garage doors to provide an open-air feel in the bar area. A private party room will accommodate up to 28 guests for special occasions. The extensive menu will feature Wild Wing Cafe’s traditional offerings as well as fan favorites, including fresh, hormone-free chicken wings, hand-breaded nuggets, 100-percent Angus burgers and awesome salads, as well as their 33 made-from-scratch sauces to suit all palates.
To enhance the dining experience, live music will be played on Friday and Saturday nights in various rock genres, and the bar will boast more than 30 taps including many local brews from around the Southeast. Plans are in the works for regular trivia and karaoke nights as well. Forty-three TVs and three giant projectors will offer customers the chance to enjoy seasonal sporting events from any seat in the restaurant.
“Atlanta has always been a great place for our brand and we’re excited to continue to grow in that market, especially with Bill Peterson and his team. They have done such a great job in their Snellville and Hamilton Mill locations, so we know that Johns Creek will be in good hands,” said Ashley Coakley, vice president of marketing for Wild Wing Cafe. “We look forward to creating more good times in the Atlanta area with the great people of Johns Creek.”
To celebrate, a Grand Opening will take place on opening day, March 9, at 5 p.m. Opening weekend entertainment will feature Tommy Thompson (classic rock) on Friday night and Lee Tyler (rock and pop hits) on Saturday night. For more information, please visit www.wildwingcafe.com.
