Wild Wing Cafe to Offer Free Meals to Veterans

Charlotte, N.C., November 7, 2017 – On Saturday, November 11, Wild Wing Cafe will celebrate Veterans Day by offering all active U.S. military personnel and veterans a free meal at participating locations.  

All day Saturday, veterans will enjoy their choice of any awesome salad, wild wrap, beefy burger or chicken sandwich for free.

Wild Wing Cafe has a long tradition of honoring military service, and 2017 will mark the fourth year of the free meal promotion.  In addition, several locations in the Carolinas will offer special Veterans Day celebrations, with portions of the proceeds benefiting IAVA (Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America) and Folds of Honor, as well as local organizations like the Fallen Heroes Foundation of Beaufort County and the Tri-County Veterans Support Network of Charleston.

“The women and men of the U.S. Military make the ultimate sacrifice to keep our communities free and safe,” said Tom Lewison, Chief Executive Officer at Wild Wing Cafe. “We want to take this opportunity to thank them for their service, and invite them to come out and enjoy the great food and good times at Wild Wing Cafe.”

In order to receive a free meal, guests will be asked to provide proof of military service. Dine-in only for certain items. Participating locations include: Anderson, Asheville Downtown, Asheville South, Barrington, Bluffton, Charlotte Ayrsley, Charlotte Northeast, Charlotte Uptown, Columbia Harbison, Columbia Village, Columbia Vista, Dunwoody, Gainesville, Gastonia, Greenville Downtown, Greenville Magnolia, Hilton Head, Jacksonville, Johnson City, Katy, Knoxville, Macon, McDonough, Mt. Pleasant Coleman Blvd, N. Myrtle Beach, North Charleston, Pooler, Raleigh, Savannah, Spartanburg, Statesboro and Wilmington.
